Our scope of work includes bringing in the new service, with generator backup, lighting, energy monitoring and billing system, and all datacom wiring.

Some LEED highlights include fluorescent lamps throughout the building, and a state-of-the-art energy monitoring system that will keep track of each apartment’s energy usage. Billing, usage history, and realtime energy monitoring are part of this package.
